Hi Summer is here and we have a new schedule for Yoga in the Butterfly House: So here we are with some new classes as well as old favorites: Pat is back from Tenesse and is offering an early morning option at 8am so you can get on with your day without interruption in her wildly popular Yoga Nidra class. We also have a new Friday Hatha morning class to set you up for the weekend with Allison. Yeah! We continue our very popular evening classes for those that work or have a busy social life during the day but like to hang with butterflies before bed!: Ashtanga two days a week with Tina and Allison's super relaxing yin yoga. We also do special events. Special group classes for celebrations or when you just want a relaxing day and we can combine with our other tour offerings and or our plant based lunches. Cacao ceremonies are available for groups bigger than 8 persons and you might be surprised at the types of things we can do or have done. Kids yoga, Yoga for special interest groups, universities, ladies retreats, extended families and so on..... How to contact us:
